Challenge:

Understand the purchasing journey and the role of brands in ceramic tiles.

To deeply understand the purchasing journey, the unique characteristics of different customer segments, and the role of brands and specifiers in the selection of ceramic tiles, we combined multiple qualitative studies with a quantitative survey of recent buyers of these products. The findings led to recommendations covering adjustments in portfolio, communication, and commercial strategy.
